The Un-Funny Truth? Scientology is a religious extremist cult trying to carry out a giant worldwide financial scheme by using Machiavellian mental control techniques within an overall fascist system. Their beliefs are nutty, and their procedures are psychologically damaging. They brainwash their members. Their leader was a fraud. They will lie, cheat, steal, even kill, to get their way. They are very, very dangerous. :(
Excellent work in bringing to light some of the truths about Scientology-- in 1998, I was approached by the Hubbard Society's "writer's of the future" project and was rejected after it came out in an interview that I'd studied under Paulette Cooper's old protoge' Alice Cansten.
Scientology's "audits" are actually pyramid schemes in Money laundering and practices include mild shock therapy. Thank you for a truly insightful piece amidst parody.
stop bashing main stream religions. First off they dont demand anything like what scientology does. second there are curropt people who try to abuse religions. that is why im protestant. third Jesus was a jew, was born a jew, and died a jew. A google bomb is when through the use of links, a site becomes more prominent and shows up as the top search results when something is typed in on Google. Because google judges importance based on links pointing to a certain site, by flooding forums and stuff with links to a particular site, it can be made to show up on google as the number 1 search result.
